1. Overview

OneSoftWay.Inc owns and supplies software and services that assist in scheduling, reserving, and/or managing appointments and schedules online in connection with the website (collectively, the “Service,” the “Services,” or the “Website”). In this Policy, OneSoftWay.Inc. may also be referred to as “OneTrack,” “us,” or “we.” Any individual or organization using and Subscribing to the Website for the purpose of making or managing online appointments or reservations on behalf of themselves or an organization shall be referred to as a “service provider." Any end consumer using the Website or any other part of the Website in order to reserve time in order to receive services from any OnTrackAler Service provider shall be referred to as a “Consumer." Both OnTrackAlert Service providers and Consumers shall be referred to as “you." Using the services or any portion of the website, signifies your acceptance of the terms herein.

2. Collected Personal Information and its' Use

Collected Personal Information and its' Use Collected Personal Information is any piece of information which can be traced back to a specific individual user and thus potentially be used to uniquely identify, contact, or locate that specific individual. Examples of Collected Personal Information we collect include names, telephone numbers,and other unique identifiers. In no event will OnTrackAlert use Collected Personal Information to market the services to a third party, or sell or transfer to third parties, or otherwise provide third parties with access thereto, except as specifically provided in this Privacy Policy. We will not share your scheduling information with any party, except to the extent necessary to allow Consumers to browse, schedule and manage appointments.

2.1 Consumers

You may schedule an appointment with a Service Provider whether or not you register with us. You will be required to enter your name, email address (which will function as your user name) and password, your phone number and other personal information. OnTrackAler and the Service Provider with whom you schedule an appointment use this information to send you appointment confirmations and reminders, to otherwise communicate with you about such services, and to inform you about the services in which you have expressed interest. OnTrackAlert shares personally identifiable information with the businesses where you schedule reservations. OnTrackAlert may also use this information to customize your experience on the Website and to present Website users with web advertisements of interest to you based on your scheduling activities.

2.2 Service Providers

In order to use the Services, you must first complete the registration process and create a user name and password. During registration you are required to give contact information including, but not limited to, business name, owner, phone number and email address. We use this information to contact you about your account and about services in which you have expressed interest. If you or a representative of your business sends us an email or otherwise provides us an email address, we reserve the right to retain that email address. We may ask you to provide a valid credit card number and billing address so that we can process any payments for use of the Services. You may terminate the payments by deactivating your account, or modify your payments by changing your package pricing, inside your account or by contacting us. We also collect information from Business Users about their staff, such as name, email address and phone number. If staff information has been collected about you and you wish to change or have that information no longer used, you can do so by accessing your personal account. In order to market your business, we may also ask you for additional information, such as toll-free number and directory categories. We will use the foregoing information to contact you in support of delivering the Services to you, to improve or optimize the Services, and to ensure you are a valid business using the Services in accordance with the OnTrackAlert Terms of Use.

3. Collected Non-Personal Information and its' Use

We may use the non-personal information to generate user statistics that we may provide to prospective advertisers or partners. If we provide any such information to others, we will provide such information in the general terms only and will not include any personal information about any individual users. We may also use the non-personal information to generate statistics that we may provide to you and to other businesses using the Services. We also may provide non-personal information to contractors so that they can perform services for us.

4. Communications

Consumers implicitly consent to receive communications via email, text and voice message when entering their phone number(s), mobile carrier(s), and email address(es). If you choose to opt-out of the communications, you must terminate the use of full OnTrackAlert services.

5. Third-party Links to Other Web Sites OnTrackAlert includes links to other websites whose privacy practices may differ from those of OnTrackAlert. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. As is true of most websites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Services, to track users’ movements around the Services and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information. When Clients and/or Customers visit one of the Company’s Web sites, OnTrackAler servers send a cookie to the visitor’s computer. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify an individual. Cookies merely recognize the Web browser. Unless an individual chooses to identify himself/herself to OnTrackAlert, such as opening an account or entering login information, individuals remain anonymous to the Company.If a user of the Services has chosen to identify himself/herself to OnTrackAlert, the Company uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the Company to uniquely identify such users. Each time such user logs into the Services, a session cookie containing an encrypted, unique identifier that is tied to the user’s account is placed on that user’s browser. We post customer testimonials on our website which may contain personally identifiable information. Customer implicitly consents to their name and testimonial being published, by providing a testimonial.

8. Children's privacy issues

OnTrackAlert primary audience are business professionals and service providers that offer appointment scheduling for adults. Therefore, persons under the age of 16 are not permitted to use our Services. If we believe that an account in use is from an individual under the age of 16, their use of Services will be terminated and all account information will be deleted. In the event that a child under the age of 16 years of age uses the OnTrackAlert website, the child must be supervised by a parent and/or guardian.

9. Social Media Features

OnTrackAlert uses a variety of Social Media Features that are hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website. Your use of such Features is governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the specific Feature.
